October 2018. A nursing degree, a spare room, a beauty bed and a mini ring light. That's how Pearl Beauty started. Shortly after finishing her degree, and not long after the devastating loss of her mother, Paige knew she wanted something more.
The questions were endless. Am I good enough? Will people come back? Can I sustain this alongside a full-time job? But she didn't let any of that stop her.
Seven years later, that spare room has become Pearl Beauty Salon & Training Academy. A full-time career, a team, a community of thousands, and a reputation built on precision, warmth and relentless dedication to her craft.

Nerissa
Nerissa's journey started in Paige's kitchen, brainstorming how to take a growing little business to the next level. She offered to help, got trained up, and five years later she's Pearl Beauty's dedicated SPMU and brow artist.
Balancing three jobs, gym sessions, and early starts with late finishes, Nerissa's work ethic speaks for itself. She mastered wax and tints, moved on to lamination and LVLs, then took on the real challenge: semi-permanent makeup.
With Paige's encouragement and support, she pushed through one of the hardest techniques to learn, and now she's the artist clients trust with their brows, session after session.

October 2018
The beginning
Pearl Beauty launches from Paige's spare room. One bed, one ring light, a dream and a whole lot of determination.
2019
Growing a clientele
Word spreads. Regulars start booking, returning, recommending. The spare room starts feeling too small.
2021
Nerissa joins the team
From kitchen brainstorming sessions to business partners. Nerissa gets trained up and starts building her own loyal brow clientele.
2023
SPMU launch
Nerissa masters semi-permanent makeup. Pearl Beauty expands into microblading, powder brows and lip blush.
2024
The home clinic
A purpose-built clinic takes shape. Five specialist bars. 77 treatments. Pearl Beauty becomes Paige's sole career.
2025
Training academy launches
Pearl Beauty becomes Pearl Beauty Salon & Training Academy. Paige begins teaching the next generation of beauty professionals.
